I will admit progressive did a good job on getting my car fixed when I got hit last month when a lady ran the stop sign. But I was mad as hell when I found out they paid the other persons deductable. The lady hit me so hard that my back wheel is bent. She lied to the police and said I ran the stop sign so they belived a woman over me. So this is why they paid . I am so mad because I had to pay the 500 deductibal on my jeep because of this woman and my insurance company who is suppose to represent me pays he deductibal. The hell with progressive I will go somewhere else. BUYER BE WARE

My Mustang II was- by very far- the worst car I ever owned. It had the four-banger; got (maybe) 20 MPG on a good day. It's "get up and go" had "got up and went"; coluld barely get out of it's own way. The electrical system was a disaster; the front suspension was a joke. I had a better idea- never by another Ford product!

There is a big lesson here, you have to make sure next time. I think you can choose for other companies who has also Progressive Auto Insurance, may be they can give you a good one compare the one that you disappointed before.

I had the same problem with a friends 1999 Honda civic. We couldn't get the motor loose from the fan/ housing. We decided to return the motor and got a used motor/housing and put it in.

Hey Rob,

Any chance that you still have those mud guards? And if so, would you be interested in selling them?

Thanks

Zymol is an alright product for the price, but I tend to steer clear from carnauba products due to the fact that they gather/attract dust and dirt. Carnauba products don't protect against UV or weather very well and they ware off quickly. The best thing to do is purchase a quality paint sealant (none of the Napa/Schucks/Checker stuff) and apply 1-3 coats after going over the paint with a polishing compound. 3M Performance Finish is a great sealant for the price, bonds to the paint like concrete, lasts 6-8 months, repels dirt, and protects your paint like you added another clear coat. Another plus to sealant over carnauba wax is that it brings out metallic flakes and deepens colors, also you will keep a wet/glossy look for a very long time, much more glossy than carnauba. Sorry to ramble on, but I just thought I'd give my $00.02 :). Oh and always use.a clay bar before a major detail! Best of luck!

If you are looking for the cheapest Sh%t out there this is the way to go, save the 10% that it would cost for a agent, do all the claim work yourself, only talk to a 1800 number, one thing they do not tell you is they rerun your mvr and credit every six months to look for something to surcharge you, progressive sells on price only, but when you need to use your insurance and you are lacking maybe $20,000-$150,000 dollars because they just wanted your business and gave you the cheapest price with the cheapest coverage, and they dont even explain what your insurance means to you!! I would look to farmers Insurance they are known in the industry not to be the cheapest but very competitive and the agent actualy tells you what your insurance means to you and your family and the down falls of being underinsured bottom line if you are looking to take care of everything yourself go with progressive.

Progressive sucks...!!!! big time....I was in a rear end colission and my car cost $3100.00 repaire estimate. Instead of fixing the car progressive only gave me $3600 minue the $500 ded whihc makes it $3100.00, Then they will take the car and sell it at auction. Sound to me like they are trying to pay out as little as possible. If they pay me $3100.00 then sell car for $1000.00 they only have to pay out $2100.00. Also car woth a lot more than 3600.00 more like 4000-5000. When I worked with Wawenesa they were always far..never did the screw me over..Now progressive a screw overs they cahrge youa lot on rates then when it comes time to pay out bend over to get scrwed in the ass!!!!

This is the stuff I keep coming back to. It is distributed through Turtle Wax Inc. ZCM always leaves a gorgeous, luscious, deep, wet, clear finish on the cars I use it on. My 03' Monte Carlo SS gets more compliments than my co workers, even the guy with the 05' BMW 530i, which really pisses him off! He likes Turtle Wax Ice paste. While I like Ice paste as well, it doesn't have the warm clarity of Zymol C/W, or any type of cleaning power. Today, I picked up four bottles of Zymol Cleaner Wax at Kmart for $7.00 a bottle, which normally sell for $15.00. I've used both the consumer, and pro line Meguiar's cleaner waxes, Mother's cleaner wax, Turtle Wax Super Hard Shell, Turtle Wax F21, Meguiar's Gold Class, Armoral Car Wax, Blue Coral Ultra Fine Auto Polish, Turtle Wax Ice Paste Polish..... The list goes on, and I still prefer the Zymol C/W...... Sometimes, for durability, I top the ZCW with Meguiar's #26 Hi Tech Yellow Wax. For high end stuff I like Zymol Carbon, though I'd like to try the Zymol Titanium. Keep working with the Zymol, before long, what once seemed like a chore will be a breeze.
